Research, training and consulting scope
Services are scoped with the client before work begins. Deliverables, timelines, fees, assumptions, responsibilities and any revision arrangements should be confirmed in writing for each engagement.
No guaranteed outcome
Research and guidance can improve clarity and decision-making, but they cannot guarantee employment, admission, visa approval, funding, revenue, market acceptance, supplier performance, investment returns or any other third-party outcome.
International pathway research
International Pathway Research is a research and guidance service. It is not immigration legal representation, a recruitment agency or a promise of a job, sponsorship, admission or visa. Requirements can change and clients remain responsible for confirming formal eligibility and submitting applications through the appropriate authorities or qualified professionals.
AI limitations
AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading information. AI is used as a supporting tool, not as a substitute for human judgement or authoritative sources. Important legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical or other regulated matters should be verified with the appropriate authority or qualified professional.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing assumptions, making final decisions and checking time-sensitive requirements that affect their circumstances. A research finding is not a guarantee that a third party will accept, approve or fulfil anything described in the research.
Fees and cancellation
Fees are agreed before paid work starts. Any payment, cancellation, refund, revision and delivery conditions that apply to a specific engagement should be stated in the relevant written agreement or invoice.
Website content and third-party materials
Website text, branding and original materials should not be copied or commercially reused without permission where rights apply. Third-party names, platforms, sources and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. External sources are linked or referenced for research purposes and are not controlled by IdeaCatalystPro.
